A Stratton Mountain native, I grew up at Change and Three Mountain Farm, doing yoga and taking riding lessons from Polly. I went to UVM, worked in Boston for a few years, and returned home after COVID...it's a wonderful life! Everything came full circle when I started teaching here.
Change has given me an opportunity to slow down and turn inward without taking myself too seriously, as well as connect and build community. It is remarkable that the same people that were there when I started are still consistently coming to class. The closeness of the community is irreplaceable and the generosity with which we welcome new faces is humbling.
When you come to my class, you can expect fiery sequences, to ask me what songs I played in class because you loved my playlist, and that quirky Casey charm. When not at Change, you can find me running, skiing, baking, or engaging in a heated debate over the best hot sauce (is there a best or is it situational? don't get me started...).
I achieved my 200HR RYT Certification, Baptiste Teacher Credential, and will be taking the next available Baptiste Level 1 Training. Looking forward to practicing with you!
